INTERNATIONAL BAKERY AND CONFECTIONERY CHAMPIONSHIP
Championship to promote excellence in the art of baking and confectionery, offering a platform for professionals to demonstrate their skills and creativity.
Promoted by UIBC – International Union of Bakers and Confectioners, an entity that represents the global baking and confectionery community, the World Championship of Young Bakers and Pastry Chefs brings together the world's most promising talents in an exciting and competitive event, highlighting the latest trends and techniques in the world of confectionery and baking worldwide.
FIPAN will have the largest arena in Brazil for the competition, with more than 400m² for the competition, with more than 10 countries being represented by young people up to 25 years old.
