THE FIPAN PIZZA It is held every year in parallel with FIPAN and its main objective is to disseminate knowledge and improve knowledge related to the pizza sector.

FIPAN, the largest fair for the wheat chain, is the ideal place for master pizza makers to present their secrets to success in pizza production and pizzeria management.

CAMPIONATO MONDIALE DELLA PIZZA SELECTIONS SÃO PAULO

The Campionato Mondialle Della Pizza Selections São Paulo is a competition that aims to stimulate the production of high quality pizzas, give visibility to the talent of pizza chefs, professionals or amateurs, who participate in the event and select the Brazilian competitors who will participate in the Campionato Mondiale della Pizza 2024 in Parma, Italy.

We had FOUR categories: NAPOLITANA, CLASSICA, IN PALA and IN TEGLIA

The winner of each category will have the opportunity to compete in the final edition in 2025, with travel and accommodation offered by our sponsor LE 5 STAGIONI.

In 2023 we had 120 pizza chefs competing during the event, it is currently the largest pizza championship in Latin America!
