A FIPAN PIZZA It is held every year in parallel with FIPAN and its main objective is to disseminate knowledge and improve knowledge related to the pizza sector.
FIPAN, the largest fair for the wheat chain, is the ideal place for master pizza makers to present their secrets to success in pizza production and pizzeria management.
CAMPIONATO MONDIALE DELLA PIZZA SELECTIONS BRASIL
The Campionato Mondiale della Pizza Selections Brazil is a competition designed to encourage the production of high-quality pizzas, give visibility to the talent of professional and amateur pizzaiolos participating in the event, and select the Brazilian competitors who will take part in the Campionato Mondiale della Pizza 2027 in Parma, Italy.
The competition will feature FOUR categories: NAPOLETANA, CLASSIC, IN PALA, and IN TEGLIA.
The winner of each category will have the opportunity to compete in the final edition in 2027, with airfare and accommodation provided by our sponsor, Le 5 Stagioni.
RECORD NUMBER OF SUBSCRIBERS
In 2025 we had 120 pizza makers competing during the event, it is currently the largest pizza championship in Latin America!
