THE EVENT

THE CONFECTIONERY ARENA is held every year in parallel with FIPAN and its main objective is to train and develop professionals in the confectionery. Live classes with the best professionals in the sector explaining every detail of their techniques and winning recipes! The space presents all trends in product development with a focus on “Make and sell”, offering more professionalism for entrepreneurs. Undoubtedly, these are the highlights of the event, as well as, of course, the little secrets of the great confectionery masters, who present themselves to an audience in search of knowledge e network. The arena is visited daily by caravans from all over the country.

2nd CAKE CHAMPIONSHIP AT FIPAN!

In 2024 we will have a championship with new categories and expert judges in each of them. There will be more than 50 cakes on display at the event!

We have 2 votes in each category: Professional e Popular. FIPAN invited renowned chefs who are passionate about Confectionery to analyze the incredible pieces presented. The public and confectionery fans also vote for the cake preferred by each category directly at FIPAN, where all the cakes were exposed to the public during the 4 days of the event in the CONFECTIONERY ARENA.
